Will I receive a tracking notification? 

You will receive a tracking notification via text message (rates may apply) and/or email depending your initial information given. Also a message will be sent via carrier and you can track in real time.

We hand source and taste every wine that goes into our wine club (it's our reputation). But, if you do not like the wine, we will exchange it with another bottle. This exchange has to be made with in the first 30 days of receiving your bottle, please. We do not ship bulk juice from mass production "wine Factory's" or fake label wines like most of our competitors do. We work with real wineries, boutique wineries that are family owned and produce world class wines. So, if there is an issue we want to hear from you right away please.

What is Region's Cancelation policy:

Unlike our competitors you can cancel without calling or emailing, within your account page. We believe it's your right to cancel without having to be subjected to scrutiny. You can also skip, pause or change your delivery dates if scheduling is the issue. All this can be done in your personal account.

Are there membership fees?

There are no wine club membership fees. Completely free to be a member, you are billed just for the wines automatically before each delivery.

Can I swap or belong to multiple/different clubs with Region Wine Club?

Yes, absolutely. in your account you have a "swap" button you can swap out "products" i.e. a wine club for another anytime. Or some client op to join multiple clubs allowing for regular daily sippers to be delivered i.e. monthly and more allocated clubs/higher end (if you will) be delivered just a few time a year i.e. say before the holidays or during.

Why does someone over the age of 21 have to sign for the delivery?

It is required by law that someone over the age of 21 sign to receive the wine, purchase from our store, or drink wine, wine is a controlled alcoholic beverage. Great alternative for deliver are leave a note for UPS to deliver to a "at home neighbor," to your office or an address of a close by family or friend who is home. But remember we send tracking so you know when it is arriving too.

How are bottles packed for each amount? 

How we select bottle count for the reds & whites:
2 bottles = 2 different wines.
3 bottles = 3 different wines (most popular).
4 bottles = 2 different wines x 2.
6 bottles = 3 different wines x 2.
12 bottles = 3 different wines x 4.
For ½ & ½, red & white mix:
2 bottles = 2 different wines.
3 bottles = not available.
4 bottles = 2 different wines x 2.
6 bottles = 6 different wines, 3 from red & 3 from white (very popular).
12 bottles = 3 different wines x 4.
