CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel anytime you wish securely and discreetly online in your portal. Please cancel 7 days before your next scheduled delivery.

WINE CLUB BILLING

All billing takes place at the time of purchase. Each charge after this will take place on the date of the month you first made your subscription purchase, or the previous business day automatically for subscriptions. You can change your billing and/or delivery date with your personal portal account with in Region Wine Club website

REGION WINE CLUB LLC, SHIPPING TERMS

All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California, for storage at Oeno Vaults, where upon immediate payment by customer, customer is having Oeno Vaults send the customer wines to customer. We arrange for immediate shipment on behalf of the customer (From the storage warehouse "Oeno Vaults" then delivers your wines - automatically), to an address specified by the customer at time of purchase/recurring. Our system will not allow orders to process where the 3rd party shipper doesn't service. 

Customers agree that using Region Wine Club LLC to purchase wine that we deliver wines to the agreed license wine warehouse Oeno Vaults in California on Customers behalf (we arrange this for you immediately upon purchasing a wine club membership level, no extra fee). RWC LLC delivers wine to the warehouse in California, where upon immediate request by act of customer purchasing wine RWC LLC acts as concierge to request and transfer shipping fees to shipper on the customers behalf. This process will be handled by RWC LLC immediate upon payment and release of customers wines. 

Undeliverable Returns

It's tough to always be there. The carriers will make 3 attempts to deliver your wines. 

In your account settings you can easily change shipping dates or skip a delivery altogether - at no charge. Some carries will deliver to a trusted neighbor, if you leave a note to do so - for the driver - or making your delivery address to your day office can help too.

EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED or CORKED BOTTLES

Please contact us at 707-795-3675 or email info@regionwineclub.com within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery, to report broken, corked or otherwise damaged products and to request an exchange.

We hand source and taste every wine that goes into our wine club. But, if you do not like the wine, we will exchange it with another bottle. This exchange has to be made with in the first 30 days of receiving your bottle, please. We do not ship bulk juice from mass production "wine Factories" or make fake label wines like most of our competitors do. We work with real wineries, boutique wineries that are family owned and produce world class wines. So, if there is an issue we want to hear from you right away please. However, if believe an individual is taking advantage of our system we will terminate relationship.

SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Region Wine Club LLC does not sell alcoholic beverages to people under the age of 21. An adult signature somebody at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery of all shipments by 3rd party shipper. By using this site you affirm that you are over the age of 21 and that any alcohol you purchase from this site is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. 

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Region Wine Club LLC is the sole holder of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent customer information to any other organization. Region Wine Club LLC’s order forms request data from customers including contact information (such as name, email address, shipping address, and phone number) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and billing phone number). This information is used for billing purposes to verify that the customer is of legal drinking age, and for 3rd party shipping purposes only. If we encounter difficulty when processing an order, we will use this information to contact the customer. This information is taken from a secure area and stored safely for our customers' protection, we use Shopify and Authorize.net to safely secure your information. It is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances. You may also ask for you information we have stored be sent to you anytime or be deleted permanently.

Credit card transactions are handled by an accredited third-party financial institution, which receives credit card and other personal information for verification purposes and to process transactions only.

Region Wine Club LLC is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any injury or damage caused by, or arising from, the consumption, delivery of the merchandise sold to its customers.
